Nope. Just come as you are. If you’d like, you can jot down a few notes about what’s been on your mind, but it’s not required.

That’s totally okay. This session is designed to be a safe, judgment-free entry point into coaching. I’ll guide the conversation and help you find next steps.
Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy. It’s a coaching session focused on forward movement, emotional clarity, and practical next steps. If therapy is something you’re considering, I’m happy to help you differentiate and point you in the right direction.
What’s the follow-up support?
